Return Policy
If you purchased a product from us and it does not meet your Order or have some problem, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange your purchase. To assist us in this process we are asking you to fill out a Return/Exchange Form. This will assist us in processing your request in a timely manner. Buyer must give us evidence to proof the problem of orders otherwise we will not accept return.

Return Requirements
The item(s) being returned includes all parts.
The item(s) has not been altered.
The item(s) is being returned within the 7 day review period.

Buyer must take the return shipping cost.

7 Day Review Period
Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you 7 days to review your order. This 7-Day review period will start the day your item is delivered. Merchandise does not have to be returned within 7 days but should be shipped back to us on the seventh day. You do not have to call us to let us know that you are sending them. If you exceed this time allowed you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items do not have to be shipped overnight, but item should be shipped back to us with a timely manner.
Note: All returns/ exchanges require this form to be completed and returned with all items purchased so we can process in a timely manner.

After 30 days NO REFUNDS will be given

Exchanges
To exchange any of our products complete the Return / Exchange Form. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a LivePopular.com error.

Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If any product is found defective to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you complete the return/exchange form in a timely manner and return the item(s) back to us.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Items not purchased from LivePopular.com
2. Products that have been modified or altered in any way
3. Specialty items including any personalized items
4. Items that have been worn or damaged by customer
5. Items that are not returned within 30 days

We will refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, are shown to have factory defects, or any items that does not meet your complete satisfaction. Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect. LivePopular.com will not refund any shipping or return shipping costs unless it is because of a shipment error or damaged item.
